Click on the webinar link that has been sent to you by Sabzema.
Open the link in the Chrome browser. You will need a headset and microphone for conversation. Having a camera is not mandatory for Sabzema seminars.
After the welcome screen appears, enter your name so other participants can recognize you.
- Enter your name here. Webinar attendees will see you by this name.
- Click on "Join Meeting." Once you do, you will enter the webinar lobby and, upon approval from the webinar host, will be granted access to enter the webinar.
The browser is requesting your permission for access:
Microphone: For speaking when necessary
Camera: For showing your video (optional)
Click on the "Allow while visiting the site" option.
Confirm Permissions
To ensure that the permissions are in place:
- Click on the icon next to the website's address in the top-right corner of the browser, then you can view the status of the permissions.
- The camera permission can be viewed and configured in this section.
- The microphone permission can be viewed and configured in this section.
You have now entered the Sabzema webinar.
After the webinar host approves, you will enter the webinar.
Using the toolbar at the bottom of the page, you can control your microphone and camera connection. Additionally, features such as text chat, various view modes, and viewing the participant list are accessible from this same toolbar.
Core controls in the webinar
- 🎤 Mute/Unmute Microphone → Click the microphone icon.
- 📷 Turn camera on/off → Click the camera icon.
- 🖥️ Share Screen → Present a slide or your desktop.
- 💬 Text Chat → Type your message from the bottom right menu.
- ✋ Raise Hand → To ask a question or participate.
Important Recommendations
To avoid noise and background sound, mute your microphone when you are not speaking.
Using headphones or a headset improves audio clarity.
For better video and audio quality, use a stable and high-speed internet connection.
